This is a Chiikawa lollipop chocolate charm featuring "Otter." It is unopened. The outer plastic has many scratches, but the keychain itself appears to be fine as far as I can see. The included gum is broken. Also, the ball chain is not in its original position. If you understand this, please consider purchasing.
