This is S.M.H. Vol. 11, published in June 1998. I purchased it at a bookstore when it was first released. I've looked through it many times since then, and especially during my student days, I carried it around and used it as a reference for classes and assignments, so the condition is as you can see, not great. The cover has discoloration from sun exposure on the left side, as well as multiple wrinkles and scratches. The pages inside are relatively clean, but there are still some wrinkles.
