It is new and unused, but since it was left in the closet at home, it has been handled less carefully than items stored in a store. It says X/XL, but it measured about 56.5cm, so I think it's about the same size as the free-size Munsingwear fedora hats sold in Japan. It's 100% cotton, so I think it's suitable for spring and summer.
