This is a face-down pillow for maternity use. I bought it three years ago and used it during both of my pregnancies with my two children. I was so moved that I could lie face down even while pregnant!!! It was so comfortable!!!!! I'm selling it now because I don't need it anymore. There are stains in the photos and it shows overall signs of use. Pregnant women can also use it to lay a baby down on it with a bath towel.
