This is an asymmetrical flare skirt from Feroux. I was drawn to the elegant and cute design and bought it, but I gained 10kg and outgrew it while it was in storage without ever wearing it. However, the back of the waist is elastic, so I think it will be relatively easy to wear. Also, it comes with a removable grosgrain ribbon belt that hides the elastic waist, making it look cute.
