This is an offset capo made by Grover, a company famous for guitar tuning pegs. Sandblasted silver finish. *Weekend discount in progress* I had this as a spare, so I've only used it a couple of times to try it out. I'm a big fan of a different color of this capo. Photos 6 and later show examples of it being used, and it's compared to a typical Kyser capo. The width of the part that presses down on the fretboard is about 15.5mm for the Grover, compared to about 9.5mm for the Kyser. On top of that, the lever is offset to the left by about 6mm. Thanks to this, even if you attach it right up against the fret, the main body has 6mm of space to the left, making it easier to play chords that use the first fret (like F and E chords). (Basically, capos are less likely to cause tuning problems if attached close to the fret.) Furthermore, the spring force is considerably stronger than Kyser's, making it even less likely to go out of tune.
