This is a set of 20 photos taken by the seller at Sigiriya Rock in Sri Lanka, using a single-lens reflex camera. The photos are printed on thick, glossy 2L-sized paper using a Canon 6-color printer. Sri Lanka, an island nation in the Indian Ocean, was formerly known as Ceylon during the British colonial era, and the island itself is called Ceylon Island. At the summit of Sigiriya Rock, which is 370m high, are the ruins of a royal palace built in the 5th century. To reach it, you must climb a path built into the mountainside. Those with a fear of heights will find it very difficult to climb. The entire Sigiriya site is registered as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site under the name "Ancient City of Sigiriya." On the mountainside, there are fresco paintings of women known as the "Sigiriya Ladies." Photography of these murals is currently prohibited, but the photos being offered were taken a few months before the ban, making them very valuable shots.
