This item was played with by a child. There is no major damage, but there may be minor scratches. Everything in the images is included. There are no stickers. Also, stickers were attached to the roof and bench in the first image, but they have been removed. The instruction manual is torn. There is no box. Please check before purchasing if you are concerned.
