This is a wristwatch with a rubber strap. The three small dials on the face are decorative and do not move. Only the hour, minute, and second hands move. Also, the top and bottom buttons on the right side are decorative. The battery is dead, so it needs to be replaced. I have made two holes in the strap to fit my wrist. The surface of the watch body is clean, but the back has some scratches.
