The entire garment is packed with Climashield. It's very warm, with a warmth similar to down. Machine washable (do not tumble dry). Gentle wash recommended. Even someone 170cm tall with an average build will still have some room. I've only worn it once, so the Climashield is still plump, giving a very enveloping feel.
