TATEOSSIAN for parliament While it's not certain if it was for sale, this was a prize from a Parliament cigarette promotion. I believe it's from the late 1990s. The white part is likely shell. As it's an old item, I think it would be considered an antique. Unused, but it has been stored. There is no box. There is some dirt on the metal, so I've listed it as "slightly dirty." Perhaps it would become clean with a thorough cleaning? For collectors, how about it?
