This is a Muji wooden shade fluorescent pendant light in dark brown. It uses a circular fluorescent lamp. I was using it until just recently. It's old, but it still works perfectly. Everything in the photos is included. There is no remote control. The night light also works. The last photo shows the ceiling mount where it was actually used.
