I purchased this last year and used it attached to a baby carrier. There are no noticeable stains. It's a very clean item. However, there is a slight fuzziness around the button area. Please check the photos for confirmation (^ ^) It seems they are still selling it this year. The size is free size, but last year my child wore size 70 clothing.
