Popular picture book This is a bib featuring "Penguin Exercise." The lining is made of towel material, which is gentle on the skin. I received this as a gift, but I haven't had a chance to use it since washing it. The white parts appear yellow because the yellow fabric underneath is showing through. Please be aware of this.
