This is a set of two "Niformation Fate/Grand Order Seal Wafer" stickers: Artoria and Muramasa Sengo (FGO1-36 R). The items will be packaged with cardboard for protection and shipped. Although they are new and unopened, the stickers are inside the wafer packaging. I have wiped them with a wet wipe, but please be aware that there may be some wafer crumbs attached to the sticker packaging.
