We have stock, but it is limited. You can easily make delicious rice by putting rice and water in the pot and heating it in the microwave. The amount of rice and water is basically the same as when cooking in a rice cooker. It differs slightly depending on whether or not you have soaked the rice in water beforehand. We recommend soaking for at least 20 minutes. For one cup of rice, use 180ml of water and heat for 10-12 minutes. For two cups of rice, use 360ml of water and heat for 20 minutes, using 500W. Also, this pot can be used as a rice container if you don't eat the cooked rice immediately. This product is made from traditional Iga rough clay for authentic flavor, and we will apply a "medome" treatment before shipping, so you can use it directly over an open flame. Please avoid dry firing. The products we send to customers do not require "medome" treatment, but they have some absorbency, so you can say that the pot itself is breathing and alive. This is what adds flavor as you use it. Cracks (kannyu) will appear as you use it, but this is not damage (a defective product).
