A brand that can be considered the originator of HTC. They started making studded belts before HTC. Owner Jeff Fulkerson began collecting old Western belts in the 1990s while selling vintage Levi's. He collected belts for years, filling a warehouse with belts like those worn by Montana cowboys in the 1930s and those sold at gas stations in the 50s. That collection became the inspiration for the current Old Studs. The belts are carefully studded by hand, and the use of nickel-covered brass studs gives them a more vintage feel. ⭐️ This studded belt is a relatively early one, purchased in the United States around 2000. It uses thick 4mm vintage leather (horsehide), but the leather is softened. It features deadstock two-prong nickel studs produced before the 1950s, and rare four-split vintage snaps. It is a valuable early lot. Even now, years after its founding, the pursuit of excellence never ceases, and they strive daily to improve the quality of materials, design, concept, and process. ⭐️ They never adopt mass production or machine production, and are a craftsman-like brand that defies the current trend by focusing on superior quality and value, even if it means incurring higher costs. ⭐️ The stamp has disappeared due to aging, but it is undoubtedly an OLD STUD.
