1991. This is a set of 20 pencils featuring Sanrio's character "Winkipinki." They are no longer in production, and I believe it's difficult to find them in stores. These are individual pencils, not a set. They were stored in a clear case with other pencils. Due to poor storage conditions, there is some discoloration, staining, and uneven coloring. Also, as they are old, there may be damage that is not apparent from the outside. To avoid any issues, I recommend that those who are concerned about the condition refrain from purchasing.
