The LA CHORUS is an 80's vintage-style analog chorus pedal that faithfully reproduces a warm analog chorus tone using the classic trademark tone BBD chip. E.W.S. has been well-received for modifications to the SCH-Z chorus pedal, such as true bypass and the addition of a vibe mode. This LA CHORUS is based on the "masterpiece" SCH-1, and incorporates the modification features of the SCH-Z and a wide variety of tone variations. The SCH-1 has a tone control built into the dry sound circuit, and the signal that has passed through the tone control is sent to the wet sound circuit. Therefore, when adjusting the tone, the dry and wet tones always change in sync. The LA CHORUS has independent tone controls for both dry and wet signals, allowing for individual tone adjustments.
