This is a nylon parka with a hood. I'm selling it because I haven't had a chance to use it since I bought it, so it's new. The size is 12-18 months, but I think it can be worn up to around 2 years old. It's wrinkle-resistant, so it's great for carrying around in a bag. There is no lining.
