The packaging was severely damaged, so I disposed of it. It's a new, unused item. It's from 2014. The heart design has slightly worn off due to aging. It's not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details or seek perfection. It will be shipped in an envelope without bubble wrap.
