I used these in the gym, but I think they're not that dirty as I've only worn them a few times. The outsole still has plenty of tread, so I don't think you'll have any concerns. These are the EP series, designed for Asian feet, so they're recommended for people with wider feet. I usually wear 28.5cm sneakers, and these felt a bit big on me.
