It has gathers but is made of a material with a nice drape, so it doesn't flare out and has a beautiful long skirt line. The color is a green like olive green. The fabric has a slight sheen and a slightly wrinkled texture (Image 8). Lined. I believe there are no noticeable stains or dirt, but please forgive any oversight.
