Tochigi Leather, Blue, Thickness 2.5-2.8mm This leather is tanned with vegetable tannins. It's been infused with oil, giving it suppleness, durability, and a moist texture. The back has been heat-treated. It costs about 250 yen per decimeter. We cut A4 size pieces from a half-cut hide, selecting the parts with the fewest wrinkles. The leather's appearance varies depending on where it's cut, so please let me know if you have any preferences. Because I cut it myself, the edges aren't perfectly clean, so I'll cut it a little larger. There may be small scratches, but these are natural markings inherent to genuine leather. Ideal for mouse pads, coasters, and a wide range of leathercraft projects due to its thickness and flexibility. Blue leather will change color quickly due to UV exposure, eventually developing a deep teal hue.
