I can't say for sure what era these are from, but they appear to be military pants from either Czechoslovakia or Slovakia. I'm not sure what kind of unit they were intended for, but they have an unusual construction. They have belt loops and suspender buttons, and a high waist of about 5cm. The pockets at the knees are usually on the sides, but these are on the front and back, with the front pockets being particularly deep. The inseam is short, so they might be designed to be about three-quarter length. I bought these new and have never worn them, so they've been in storage. There's some discoloration that looks like rust where the buckle of the waist adjuster belt was resting, but otherwise, they seem to be in good condition.
