This is only the included CD for Scramble 4th Edition. It contains "Part 5: Conversational Expressions" and "Part 6: Pronunciation and Accent." It is unopened, but there is some paper residue on the back of the bag from when it was removed from the book. The outer bag is slightly torn, but the contents are unused.
