Overall, the condition is good. There are some places with pencil markings. Some of the explanations have a few pages marked with a highlighter, which are shown in the photos. I think it's in a usable and clean condition, so I hope you will find it useful. Most of the answer sheets have been used, but unused ones are included. I will be disposing of these by the end of February, so please consider purchasing them soon.
