I think it would look like new if you had the scratches and scuffs cleaned up a bit at a local repair shop. Regarding the size, size 35 is officially 22cm to 22.5cm. The seller usually wears 23.5cm sneakers, so I bought a rather small size, but because my feet are narrow, thin, and my heels are small, size 36 (one size up) felt a bit too big. Also, the seller has long index fingers, so I think the size would be around 23cm if I matched the size of the other toes. That's why I felt that 22.5cm (half size down) fit perfectly. Therefore, the listed size category is 22.5cm. Recommended for those who usually wear 22.5cm, or those who are closer to a smaller size even if they wear 23cm.
