This is a limited edition item from the Parade Parallel Halloween version of the Sanrio Harmony Land parade. I believe it is no longer sold. It's perfect for this time of year because it's Halloween-themed. There is a small amount of what appears to be glue on it from when I purchased it. (See image 6) I have never worn it, only displayed it. I am also selling other rare items, such as a Hello Kitty headband and mascot that are no longer sold.
