This is a Salewa rain cover (rucksack cover, backpack cover) that I purchased this year in New Zealand. The size is for 55-80L backpacks. It's new and unused, but there are small black spots on the surface of the case (I think it's not very noticeable). It's a rare item that's not readily available in Japan.
