This is a thin Tommy Hilfiger jacket. I've worn it a few times and kept it at home. I loved it and kept it carefully, but I've outgrown it, so I'm putting it up for sale. I used to wear it over a tank top. It's suitable for work attire. Or, you can wear it with denim bottoms for a cute look. ^_^ The ribbon is an accent. There are three buttons on each sleeve. All of them can be undone. If the sleeves are too long, you can unbutton them and fold them back. The striped lining and piping on the inside pockets are also cute, peeking out when you take it off or put it on.
