This is a Konny baby carrier! It's a beautiful Veil Blue color. It doesn't have a head support. The size is M-4XL, so it's suitable for quite tall men too! I used it a few times at home, but didn't use it much, so I've been storing it in a bag at home. It doesn't have a box, but it's a very clean item, so I hope someone will use it. ^_^
