This item was stored at home for a long period after being played with by a child. I have confirmed that it works for the purpose of this listing. While there are no noticeable scratches or stains, there are some small scratches, marks, and discoloration due to aging. Everything in the photos is included. Some parts are missing (signs, one streetlight, guardrails, parking gate, etc.), but I believe it can still be played with without any problems. The box and batteries are not included.
