This is a CF card case from Nikon. It can be attached to a strap. I believe it was released nearly 20 years ago. I used to keep spare CF cards in it when I was using cameras like the D2X and D3S. I think it's in good condition for its age. I don't smoke, so I don't think there's any tobacco smell.
