I purchased this in the UK. I have confirmed that all the pieces are present according to the parts list on the last page of the instructions, so it's still perfectly usable! I used it twice a long time ago and recently assembled it once to check the pieces. The instructions have creases and check marks on the last page, showing signs of use. Some parts may have sun damage. Also, there is no box. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Some stickers have already been applied, and some have peeled off. This shouldn't significantly affect use. Please understand this before purchasing. The brick separator shows signs of use and has scratches. Please purchase with the understanding that this is a used item.
