This is a complete foil card. There are some error cards, so returns are not accepted to prevent swapping. I was considering sending it to PSA for grading as a collectible. I'm reluctantly selling it due to a lack of funds. In my amateur opinion, there are no scratches or chips, but please judge from the images.
