There is also fringe at the front hem in two locations. (Photo 13) The amount of fabric increases from the lower half of the skirt, naturally following the hip line and flaring out at the bottom, creating a flattering silhouette. The fabric is moderately thick and sturdy, yet stretchy and quick-drying, making it ideal for dance practice. Despite being mid-length, it is easy to move in and comfortable to wear.
