This is a size M Swaddle. The one on the left in the photo is almost unused, and the one on the right has some stains (see photo 3). Both have buttons on the hand area, allowing you to either keep the hands in or out. The Swaddle on the right was used for about a month when the baby was 2-3 months old. The one on the left was only worn about 2-3 times.
