I bought it in the summer of 2024 and haven't used it in 2025. I don't think I used it very often. Operation has been confirmed. However, since it's used, please refrain from purchasing if you are extremely concerned about the condition. The water-cooled clothing is very cold and a good product. Instruction manual included. This is the PRO model, so you don't have to worry about battery life at all. Thank you.
