This is a Japanese film written, directed, and based on the original work by Junji Ito. The film stars Yuki Furukawa and Aya Kiguchi. Tomio and Madoka, who are in love, decide to get married after Tomio proposes. Afterward, the two go to a female fortune teller, who tells them that "Tomio will spend his life with another woman." Madoka is disheartened by these words, but Tomio once again swears his eternal love. However, Tomio, who is still concerned about the beautiful fortune teller, visits her again. Tomio, succumbing to the fortune teller's temptation, easily accepts her words, "I want a head," and has a wire put around his neck by the woman. Tomio frantically shakes off the wire, but there is a clear mark on his neck... Meanwhile, Madoka, worried that she can't reach Tomio, visits the fortune teller again to look for him. Tomio hides from Madoka, but what he witnesses is a lot of men's heads. The fortune teller chants a spell at Tomio, who runs away in terror. Tomio's head is cut off on the way to Madoka's house.
