Armbands are very convenient when you want to roll up your sleeves. You just need to fasten them to your cuffs, so you don't have to roll them up repeatedly. Your shirts won't get wrinkled easily. You won't have the stress of your sleeves falling down when wearing wide-cuffed sweaters, sweatshirts, or silky blouses. Even small children can use them on their own.
