Thank you for viewing. I am listing a "Fender Daiki Tsuneta Swinger" for sale. This instrument is a Fender Daiki Tsuneta model mod, as it was created in my workshop based on a Fender Mustang. The original Tsuneta Swinger differs considerably between the prototype model used by Tsuneta himself and the commercially available model sold about four years ago. The parts used and the sound of the commercial model give the impression of a "low-cost model." However, in recent years, the price has increased, and used ones are sold in shops for "400,000 to 450,000 yen." This instrument has the same scale as the Swinger, and there is almost no difference in appearance, size, and the specifications of the body and neck compared to the commercially available Tsuneta Swinger. The commercial model has a thick "polyester finish," but this instrument is finished with a "lacquer finish" like Tsuneta's original, so it doesn't have a hard relic finish. However, as you use it, the appearance will change nicely, just like Tsuneta's prototype model. Because it's lacquer, it's very lightweight and has a large natural resonance, and you can get a wonderfully clear sound that you wouldn't expect from a short scale. The pickups on the commercial model used cheap Asian-made microphones that you wouldn't think were used on Tsuneta's instrument, but this instrument has USA-made hand-wired P-90s mounted. The controls also use "CTS pots," "Orange Drop capacitors," "Switchcraft jacks," "Belden wire," etc... These are completely different from the commercial model and are built with professional-use specifications. Based on the original Fender Mustang, it has been reshaped, and the shape and size of the headstock have been perfectly reproduced with maple. (The truss rod is a dummy to match the appearance and can be removed for neck adjustment.) This instrument is newly made, so it is in a clean condition, but it is a modified model and has a lacquer finish, so it is slightly different from the standardized finish of factory products and mass-produced products.
