This is an old-fashioned ice cream cup. The petal-like rim is a pale blue-green color. The foot glows a yellowish-green under fluorescent light and faintly fluoresces under a black light. There is a pontil mark on the bottom of the foot. There are air bubbles and bumps (and cracks?) that appear to have occurred during manufacturing. There are small chips on the rim and the edge of the base.
