[Reasons for Defect] The cover's tabs on the back of the battery pack are missing, so the cover won't close (photo 4). The volume up button doesn't respond (it's not that there's no sound; the volume is usually around medium, photo 20). The brightness adjustment button also doesn't respond. The battery pack is unstable, quickly running out of charge or being difficult to charge, and is not guaranteed to work. Reading is not a problem, and it should work if you connect the power cord, but there may be other oversights, and it is a defective item, so returns, refunds, and exchanges are not possible. The software is defective, with only the cases of 4 games being loose, excluding Namco Museum and Hatsune Miku Project DIVA 2nd (Metal Slug Complete, Taiko no Tatsujin Portable 2, Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story - Saizen, Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball 2010).
