This is a cute cut-and-sew top with a navy grosgrain ribbon on the back. I've kept it stored since I bought it. The color is difficult to describe, but it's a blue-ish or perhaps a green-ish hue. The sleeves are raglan, and the neckline is also cute. Although it's new and unused, the thread at the cuffs of both sleeves is a little loose from the beginning (see photo 10).
