This item was purchased last year and is in beautiful condition. It looks clean, but please check the photos to confirm the condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details. As you can see in the 7th image, there is a slight ink leak from the top, as it was when I purchased it. Please consider this before purchasing. I will take measures to prevent water damage and folding.
