This is an ultra-fast action rod from SAGE, and despite being a 4-weight, it feels as stiff as a 6-weight from other companies. Because of this, casting is very smooth, with tight loops and high line speed, allowing for full-line casts. Thank you for your consideration. Since I don't have the original aluminum rod tube, I'm including a SAGE travel rod tube set.
