This is a Princess food dehydrator. I purchased it in October 2024 and used it three times for work-related purposes. It comes with six mesh trays, but I only used four, so the top two trays are unused. The used trays show some slight discoloration. I only dehydrated fruits like apples and figs. I have lost the paper instruction manual, so it is not included. You should be able to figure out how to use it by searching online or by intuition. I hope you can use it during the New Year's holiday period if you have some free time.
