This is the Ventforet Kofu home uniform from 2017, a long-sleeved version. The number is 20, and at the time, Seijin Kuroki wore it. Long-sleeved versions were not sold commercially at the time, and this is a player-issued item. It's from about 10 years ago, and there is some damage to the markings and the uniform itself.
