This is a band collar pullover shirt from United Arrows. The color is a light gray, somewhere between light gray and light blue. The fabric is thin but of high quality. It can be worn in spring, autumn, and winter, and can be worn as a single shirt or as an inner layer under a jacket or knitwear. I've worn it a few times, but I'm getting rid of it due to moving. The retail price was around 20,000 yen, I believe.
